I was honored to work with Dr. Candace on her website refresh, having already watched her TEDx talk on women in the workplace. With a new book coming out one month before we started, this refresh had a quick turnaround! In addition to promoting her book, setting up ecomerce, and adding an assessment, Dr. Candace needed a cleaner, clearer layout that made it easy for visitors to understand what she does and find the services relevant to them (execs vs young professionals). Oh yes, we also set up two new email funnels and a 5-week automated customer journey, phew! The new book Get Your Career in SHAPE is now #1 on Amazon’s new release list, go Dr. Candace!

It was a pleasure to work with Dr. Lauren Cook on a second website for her own therapy practice: Heartship Psychological Services. Since I was already well familiar with her brand, our focus was on workflow and connecting the new website with SimplePractice and her existing one to clearly explain which site fit the needs of different visitors.
As a scenario planning consultant, Matt Ranen understood the need to pivot quickly as the coronavirus pandemic shut down much of the world. Matt hired me to give his website a much needed update as well as add his Scenario Planning 101 content with a dynamic and engaging design.
I know I shouldn’t pick favorites, but what a joy it was to work on this site. Helen was ready to embrace a bold brand identity that set her apart from the otherwise dismal, overly serious tone of treatment websites. Individuals and families dealing with eating disorders are already stressed - we wanted to create a website that made them feel understood, supported and - most of all - hopeful.
When I first met Lauren, she was finishing her medical training at UCLA and preparing for a major professional pivot to licensed therapy. Already an accomplished speaker and author, our goal with the site was to focus on Lauren’s many offerings depending on the client type. We balanced a clean and professional look with her signature style.
Though they are by referral only and “aren’t looking for any new clients,” this local CPA office was ready to establish an online presence. Their goal was to create a resource for existing clients and find a secure online document sharing platform that could be integrated with the site. In addition to website design, a custom SmartVault portal was created and connected to the site to improve their document workflow.
What a labor of love this site was. Dr. Courtney was willing to take the winding path with me to discover a brand identity completely unique to her, one that balances a clean aesthetic with abstract shapes that hint to her naturopathic training without being overtly botanical. We collaborated on content to create a rich resource for those struggling with anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and relationship issues. We are now working on her online course, created and sold on Squarespace’s new membership platform.
This Portland dance studio needed a major upgrade from their early 2000’s era Wordpress website. Using input from dance instructors and clients to determine the best layout, I created a new site on Squarespace with a hugely improved user experience. The project included integrating with their MindBody class management tool, creating and embedding new widgets for each offering to simplify the registration process. The result is a beautiful and functional website!
With a growing social following this Oregon-based psychologist was ready for a major refresh of her personal brand. I worked with Dr. Leah to establish her brand identity and bring it to life on a beautiful and functional website that serves her goals of furthering her speaking engagements and sharing her writing with the world.
This retail e-commerce site is built on Lightspeed. In addition to managing their inventory, I worked to improve the overall design through custom graphics and added CSS. Since taking over, the site has seen a 17% increase in sales over the past four months.
This branding and media agency needed a website as bold as their aesthetic, without distracting from the artwork in their portfolio. We played with a mix of dark colors and spark textures to create a bold yet balanced website.

This small engineering services company needed a serious website overhal from their old Drupal site. I moved them over to Squarespace for a more dynamic design and SEO friendly structure, and added PayPal checkout for small number of items they offer for sale.

This vegan and gluten-free bakery was in need of a website that could showcase their sought-after products in a delicious way, easily share their latest news, and entice customers with new options for online ordering.
I worked alongside the business owners to establish look and feel, create rules and automation for ecommerce, and launch the new website in time for their holiday menu.
The results? A 75% increase in web traffic year over year and a new source of revenue through online ordering.
This software’s 2008 website needed a major upgrade in terms of both design and content. In addition to a modern look, I wrote and designed new industry-specific landing pages. In the first three months, the new site has since increased traffic by 192% and demo requests were up 30%.
Olalo of Hope - Kenya is a 501(c) nonprofit working to promote life change in the east African country of Kenya. Their previous site had been build on Wordpress and was using a third party host. I moved their content to a new design on Squarespace to simplify the update and blogging process and reduce hosting costs.
My client was struggling to sell her large farm property in the midst of a tough market. I created a dynamic website to highlight not only the house but the property, water rights, and surrounding beauty, then set up several online listings and cross linked to the site. She had a full-price offer in a week from a family who found the house via the website.
I assisted this local small business as they transitioned their dated website from Wordpress to Squarespace. My work included the creation of a custom online job application interface, design consultation, 301 / 302 redirects, SEO improvements, and domain email through Zoho.
